Raymond Walters Penangke is an Alice Springs-based Anmatyerre man, also connected to Alywarre, Kaytege, Walpiri and Arrernte language groups and families. He has lived and worked in remote and urban Aboriginal communities for over forty years. Raymond currently holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Health, Diploma’s in Community Service Management and Community Welfare. He has worked for both Northern Territory and Victorian Governments and the non-government sector across services such as child protection, health, disability, sport and recreation, family support, youth justice, Chief Minister's Local Decision Making policy, foster and kinship care and business services in management and advisory roles.
