Peta-Lee Cole-Manolis is an Aboriginal woman from Alice Springs with connections to the Luritja, Warumungu and Yawuru people of the Northern Territory & Western Australia.

​

Peta-Lee grew up in Mparntwe (Alice Springs) on Arrernte Country, where she lives and works today. She has extensive experience working in child protection in the Territory, Western Australia and Queensland. She has also worked in the NDIS team with Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, and most recently with the Women’s Safety Service in Alice Springs, supporting and improving cultural safety when working with Aboriginal families impacted by family and domestic violence.

Peta-Lee's clients benefit from her thoughtful, consultative approach, and her extensive personal and professional experience.  Additionally, her deep local knowledge and exceptional teaching skills make her a popular trainer and highly valued member of the Penangke team.
