Tracy is a Gubbi Gubbi and South Sea Islander woman, and a dedicated professional with extensive experience in justice reinvestment, health, and social services. 

Tracy's most recent roles include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Lead at Our Watch, Workforce Development Coordinator at Children’s Ground, Case Manager at Anglicare and Engagement and Referral Practitioner at Act for Kids, Family and Child Connect.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Psychology.  Her education, experience and career demonstrate her commitment to improving outcomes for Aboriginal communities through justice reinvestment and advocating for systemic change.
